catering-in-palmetto-bay

Invite Daddy to your next party or event for fun, decadent, chef-crafted treats that cater to everyone. Dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan options. All bananas. All delicious.

Tell us when and where. We'll see if Daddy's available, and will be in touch soon.

Palmetto Bay is relaxed until the dessert truck pulls up.

Ask anyone in Palmetto Bay, and they'll tell you: our parties go hard on vibes and soft on stress. HOA socials here have a way of running long, in a good way. Poolside birthdays by Deering Estate-adjacent canals and PTA nights at local elementary schools are expected. This neighborhood knows how to gather. Banana Daddy is the dessert & coffee catering crew that fits the block without taking it over.

We're the Palmetto Bay food truck your neighbors whisper about in the pick-up line. Our quiet, all-electric soft-serve studio rolls in without rattling the palms and sets up clean. We swirl up soft serve like it's our love language.

Dessert Catering Palmetto Bay Actually Claims as Its Own

Our take on Palmetto Bay dessert catering leans comforting and quietly impressive. Think nostalgic flavors with chef-level execution. Everything is made from scratch because phoning in dessert is not in our DNA.

Morning meetings at a local office park? Our Fincas Cold Brew perks things up fast. Monkey Bread and Chocolate Cherry Scones disappear fast, and our seasonal fruit crisp makes for an easy reason to get seconds.

Weekend community festivals or school fundraisers? That's where our OG Banana Base shines. It's creamy, light, delicious, and wildly customizable.

And yes, we handle your high-maintenance guest list. Vegan-friendly swirls that don't compromise on taste, gluten-free and dairy-free options without the sad sorbet energy. Treats for every vibe. No one sits out.

How Palmetto Bay Parties With Banana Daddy

Morning Dessert & Coffee Catering Delights

Cold Brew and Coconut Iced Coffee anchor early fundraisers. Protein shakes and bakery favorites fuel staff appreciation days and post-drop-off parent mingling. We're serving looks and soft serve, even early in the a.m.

Catering Afternoon & Evening Hangouts

Signature sundaes like The Dirty Rabbit (candied walnuts, cream cheese frosting, carrot cake, caramel) and Daddy's Classic (brownie, hot fudge, sprinkles, pecans, whipped cream) will wow even your pickiest guests. Our OG banana base protein shakes keep the gym-before-the-party crowd lingering.

Events without sprinkles? Couldn't be us.

Where Banana Daddy Hangs in Palmetto Bay

We park outside Old Cutler pool parties, community festivals near Coral Reef Park, and relaxed waterfront gatherings where dessert is the main character. This is Palmetto Bay dessert and coffee catering with neighborhood pride baked in.

Our setup is Instagram-worthy without being obnoxious. Clean, silent, sustainable swirls. Your neighbors will love it.
