catering-in-flagler-village

Invite Daddy to your next party or event for fun, decadent, chef-crafted treats that cater to everyone. Dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan options. All bananas. All delicious.

Tell us when and where. We'll see if Daddy's available, and will be in touch soon.

Flagler Village doesn't wait for the weekend. Neither do we.

The gallery lights are still warm, and the rooftop crowd is circling back for one more drink. That's when the Banana Daddy swirls show up. Loud in flavor. Quiet on arrival.

Banana Daddy is your go-to for Flagler Village dessert catering that refuses to behave. This is the Flagler Village food truck that people text about in their group chat before it even parks. We're talking chef-crafted treats, soft serve, bold sundaes, and coffee that actually keeps up with the night.

Your event was cute before. Now it's about to be legendary.

The Catering Dessert Menu That Starts Trouble… In a Good Way

We lean into the kind of desserts that get remembered. Not politely. Enthusiastically.

The Bad Bunny sundae shows up with carrot cake, candied walnuts, and cream cheese frosting that doesn't hold back. Daddy's Classic with brownies and toasted pecans that slaps. Plot twist: it's actually good for you.

Then there's our protein shakes. Swirled up and ready to party.

Hunky Monkey doesn't let peanut butter, chocolate, or banana taste basic. And mixed berries, tropical fruit, and creamy avocado make the Berry Creamy disappear fast.

And yes, we've got Iced Coffee that keeps that party going. Coconut Iced Matcha, Cold Brew, Coconut Iced Coffee, and Banana Cold Brew for whatever the night turns into.

(Seriously, our Big Banana flavor is borderline inappropriate.)

Dessert Catering Built for Flagler Village Moments

This isn't generic catering dropped into a cool neighborhood. This is Flagler Village dessert and coffee catering that understands the assignment.

Catered Rooftop Parties & Gallery Nights

Think FATVillage art walks, creative studio launches, rooftop hangs where the dress code is "effortless but intentional." Our all-electric soft-serve setup slides in clean. No noise. No fumes. Just soft serve with main character energy.

Coffee & Dessert Catering at Brand Pop-Ups & Retail Launches

Flagler Village brands don't do boring. Neither do we. Pop the truck outside your next boutique drop or collab event and watch the line form itself.

Pool Deck Birthdays & Condo Socials with Dessert

The amenity deck crowd? They notice details. Good. Everything here is made from scratch, built to look good, and even better on camera. Catered dessert, but make it fashionable.

Late-Night Celebrations

After-parties. Industry nights. Banana Daddy is perfect for the "we're not done yet" crowd. Iced coffee flows. Sundaes are stacked. Chef-obsessed bakery treats are timed just right. Zero vanilla situations.

Dietary Inclusivity, But Make It Craveable

No dairy? Cool. Gluten-free? Also handled. Our vegan-friendly swirls still taste like a reward, not a compromise. Something bananas for everyone, (including that one guest who "doesn't do dessert" and then asks for seconds).

Everything runs out of our sleek, quiet mobile kitchen that keeps the vibe intact. No interruptions. Just a setup that looks good and works hard.

We're serving looks and soft serve.
